Double-the-Manufacturer’s Warranty
Many retailers offer extended warranties for a price. As a member of Consumer Network of America, you get extended warranties free. Whenever you buy merchandise through Consumer Network of America, just send in the proof of purchase and we’ll Double the manufacturer’s warranty, up to an extra 12 months.

If an item ever needs service, just contact the manufacturer’s service center. A list of service centers or a customer service phone number is included with most products. Service centers
can also be located in your local telephone directory or by calling the manufacturer’s toll-free number.

Most items are shipped within four weeks in factory-sealed packaging. Small packages are usually delivered by UPS. Larger items, such as furniture, will arrive by common carrier. If there are any special delivery instructions, they’ll be discussed at the time you place your order.

You can check on the status of your order at any time by calling your customer satisfaction specialists. And, except for special orders (such as custom furniture, computers, automobiles, etc.), you can cancel your order any time prior to shipment.

How to Place an Order

  2. Provide your customer satisfaction specialist with the item name, make, model number, color, size, and any other specific information that might be helpful, and we’ll look it up in our database of products, or you can place your order via our website at shoptobuy.com
    3. You can make payments with your Visa® or MasterCard®, or you can send us a check or money order. We’ll mail a written acknowledgment of your order the next business day, including estimated delivery date, special delivery instructions (if any) and a final price. (If the price has gone down, you’ll automatically get additional savings!)

The “Double-the-Difference Lowest Price Guarantee”
This guarantee assures that you’re paying the lowest possible price when you purchase from Consumer Network of America. You must purchase the item from Consumer Network of America in order to qualify under the terms of the savings guarantee. Then, submit “valid proof” within 30 days of purchase if you find an “identical product” which you had purchased through Consumer Network of America, as a properly registered member, being sold for less by a “retail business” at its “regular price” within 30 days of the date that your order was placed with Consumer Network of America.

 

Definitions
Identical Product
New (current model year) in stock and perfect merchandise carrying the identical manufacturer’s model number, color, description, warranty and/or guarantee. New merchandise that is damaged in any way, defective, discontinued, not perfect, gray market or parallel merchandise or merchandise on which the price does not include the original full US warranty, seconds, re-packs or floor samples do not qualify as identical products.

Retail Business
An authorized retail dealer selling consumer goods at a profit in an arms-length transaction to the general public on a regular basis. This does not include charities, Internet sales, government subsidized outlets, other subsidized businesses, builders, contractors, or a special arrangement.

Regular Price
The price at which the retailer ordinarily sells the product for as its stated policy of doing business. Sale prices which are available to the general public will be considered regular prices. Prices not qualifying include the prices of left-over models or floor samples, discontinued products, close-outs, other buying services, bankruptcy sales, loss leaders, depressed merchandise prices,
construction package deals on products, employee discounts, prices obtained through the Internet, prices obtained through an employee benefit plan, or prices obtained through an arrangement, cash only or limited availability sales, or government subsidized outlet prices.

Valid Proof
Verifiable advertisement or verifiable written quotation on a firm’s business stationery which shows the item, price including any shipping or deliverycharges, brand name, model number, when the price is in effect, as well as the name and address of the retail business which is selling the identical product, will be considered valid proof.

The difference will be calculated on the merchandise cost excluding any taxes, shipping or delivery quoted by the retail business and Consumer Network of America. Consumer Network of America reserves the right to verify and correct shipment charges should there be a miscalculation. All prices submitted for comparison must be verifiable. Prices will be compared prior to any applicable rebates.

The difference guarantees do not apply to computers and related products, automobiles, tires, loose stones, custom made jewelry, gourmet food items, CD’s, DVD’s, VHS tapes, returned items, canceled orders, incorrect prices quoted due to vendor or employee errors (double-the-difference back payment would be calculated based on the correct pricing), or any service or product not
purchased directly through Consumer Network of America. The member is entitled to one (1) “double-the-difference lowest price guarantee” in the US per item quoted, i.e. member does not receive “DD” back on five (5) identical items, but only one (1) item per member number. To qualify, products must be delivered to members who reside in the Continental US. Please allow 30 days for processing.

Extended Warranty Plan
Extends the warranties on your purchases. Now, whenever you buy merchandise through Consumer Network of America, you can double the repair period of the manufacturer’s warranty (up to an extra 12 months) for free! A 3-month warranty extends to 6-months; a 12-month warranty extends to 2-years; a 2-year warranty extends to 3-years.

How to Use

  1. Within 30 days from the time you receive your product, sendthe following:
    • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the bill, packing slip, or Consumer Network of America order acknowledgment form.
    • A copy of the manufacturer’s warranty including the product description, model number, and serial number.
    • Your individual member ID number. (Your product registration will not be processed if you are no longer a member.)

You will be sent an acknowledgment of your product registration, along with a special 800 number to call in the event you need service on your product.

 

Note

  1. Only products that come with valid US warranties are covered. Certain terms, conditions, and limitations apply.
  2. In the event of a split manufacturer’s warranty, the shortest period will be doubled.
  3. Repairs during the extended part of your warranty are normally “carry-in”.
    Exception: If the manufacturer requires in-home service, you will be paid only for the parts and labor, not for travel time or mileage.

Consumer Network of America has excluded products on which the manufacturer does not provide proper warranties or national service facilities, as well as the following items:

Additional Information
Consumer Network of America may withdraw a product from its service if the product cannot be obtained within a reasonable amount of time or if shipping will eliminate the majority of the savings on a purchase. Delay or failure of performance shall be excused if normal operations are hindered or prevented by strikes, lockouts, acts of God, acts of the government, acts of the civil military authorities, material shortages, dollar fluctuations, and/or other uncontrollable conditions, availability of products, delays of public carriers, fire, theft, accident, human error on the part of anyone connected with Consumer Network of America or its suppliers and dealers, and laws of any kind limiting or conditioning the conduct of any phase of operations of Consumer Network of America or its suppliers.

Consumer Network of America shall not be liable for non-delivery or discontinuances of any product by the manufacturer or distributor. Consumer Network of America reserves the right to update its policies and procedures, products, brands, pricing, and programs. Products, brands, pricing, programs, policies, and procedures are subject to change without notice. Consumer Network of America reserves the right to limit quantities. Consumer Network of America, and its contractors, make no warranty, express or implied, with respect to any products offered or sold through the program or information furnished, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

It is the policy of Consumer Network of America to comply with all federal, state and local laws pertaining to the regulating of various consumer services. We have made every effort to insure the accuracy of the information in this manual; however, we are not liable for printing errors and/or omissions.

 

 


Automobile Quotation and Purchasing

As a member of Consumer Network of America, you may call in your quotation request to the toll-free number listed on your membership card. There is a nominal charge of $5.95 per automobile quote request. Please specify make, model and body style of vehicle. You will be mailed a computerized printout
showing the base price of the car or truck and every option available. Select the options you want to create your dream car.
Make sure that, if a particular option you desire requires another
option, both options are selected. Add up the base price of
the automobile and the options selected, include destination
charges, advertising fees (if any), and courtesy delivery fees to
obtain your total cost of the automobile. You may add the same
items at the manufacturer's suggested retail price to compare
the savings.

Complete a New Car Purchase Agreement
Once you have your price quote and your financing is arranged,
return the New Car Purchase Agreement with your deposit to
our offices. Please note how you want your vehicle delivered.

Cutoff Dates
In May of each year, automobile manufacturers notify us of a cutoff date, or the last date a particular factory can accept an order for the current model year. We will make inquiries after the cutoff date for you. Of course there will be limits in choices as to color, options, etc.

Other Vehicles
You may order pickups, panel trucks and small vans. When requesting a price quotation on these vehicles, please be as specific as possible as to the exact vehicle, i.e., Ford F250, 4x4 Regular Cab, 133" wheelbase. Large trucks, tractor-trailers, conversion units, motorcycles, boats, marine equipment or
automobile/truck parts are not currently available.

There are two methods of delivery:

  1. We can arrange to have a transport company deliver the vehicle to your home by a bonded driver. The transport company is not associated with our company. (The cost for this method may be higher than drop shipment, see #2).
  2. We can arrange to have your vehicle drop-shipped to a local dealer in your area, where you may pick it up. This delivery option applies to American-made automobiles only. (The additional cost for this courtesy delivery fee is quoted on your computerized printout.)

Delivery Time
Please allow between 8 and 10 weeks for the complete transaction. Time may be longer on limited production or special orders. Because of variable market conditions, foreign automobile purchases are not available.
