With access to over 22,000 Plan attorneys you, your spouse and eligible dependents* can call any time during normal business hours (8:30 AM to 7:30 PM EST) or visit a plan attorney to get unlimited legal advice about any new legal matter and you
don’t have to worry about the cost. The plan attorney will discuss your legal questions with you and assist you in reaching a solution to your problem. The plan attorney can review important
legal documents (6 page maximum), draft a simple will or write letters on your behalf, all at no charge.

Capped Hourly Rate
Consumer Network of America legal plan attorneys contract to never charge more than $75.00 per hour for legal care that goes beyond the free and discounted services. No competitor in the nation can make this claim or match us. This is where the
real savings take place. After the free letters, calls and consultations take place, members and their attorneys will to decide what course of action to take next. In some cases, members may not have a choice and litigation may ensue. This is the point in time that the attorneys charge the $75.00 hourly rate
for legal care.

Contingency Based Cases
Contingency fee will be a 10% reduction of the state maximum rate or the attorney’s usual rate, whichever is lower.

All areas are included in Consumer Network of America Legal Plan. Legal Club does not exclude any type of law area.

• Unlimited phone consultations for each new legal matter
• Face to face consultations for each new legal matter
• Review of important legal documents (6 page max.)
• A free simple will with free annual update
• Help representing you in small claims court
• Write letters on the members behalf
• Make phone calls on the members behalf

How to Use

1. Call our toll free number listed on your membership card.
2. Present the customer service representative with you name and membership or case number and the type of legal matter you have, you will be provided with the name, address and telephone number of the provider firm located nearest you.

Matters involving disputes or actions between members and Consumer Network of America or its plan sponsors, agents or their officers, directors or employees are specifically excluded from eligibility of this plan.
